With time, the repression of the feelings degenerates to the cancer. Then, we go to a confidante, to share our intimacy, ours "secret", our errors! The dialogue, the speech, the word, is a powerful remedy and an excellent therapy!
If you don’t want to be ill......Make Decisions.The undecided person remains in doubt, in anxiety, in anguish. Indecision accumulates problems, worries and aggressions. Human history is made of decisions. To decide is precisely to know to renounce, to know to lose advantages and values to win others. The undecided people are victims of gastric ailments, nervous pains and problems of the skin.
If you don’t want to be ill......Find Solutions.Negative people do not find solutions and they enlarge problems. They prefer lamentation, gossip, and pessimism. It is better to light a match that to regret the darkness. A bee is small, but produces one of the sweetest things that exist. We are what we think. Everyone knows the meaning of change, but only a few realize that change means life. Life, in fact, is nothing but a constant change. After birth, an individual steps from one stage to another. This movement can be summed up as a series of changes. Society is broadly divided into two kinds of individuals --- the conservatives and the liberals. The conservatives want to preserve old values while the liberals want to experiment with the new. There are countless people in this world and each one has his own values, customs, rituals and language. Most of these social values and customs have their significance and justification in the social environment in which they were born. If some of these are considered out-dated in the present-day context, the liberals will want to get rid of them while the conservatives will tend to stick to them. Often this results in a confrontation and society comes to be divided into tow warring camps. Pride also plays its role in creating such situations. People sometimes do realize that they are sticking to a wrong statement which they had made in the past. But they keep sticking to it, nevertheless, to save their sense of vanity. This, indeed, is not fair. Liberals should be liberal enough to try and test the old values before disowning them. The conservatives, on their part, should be amply conservative, in that they should not leave hold of the humility taught by old values, and consider the new before rejection it. As far as possible, we should try to strike a compromise which is acceptable to the various sections of the society. This is the best way to live a reasonably human life. Just a little change in our attitude and most of our individual, social, national and international problems will stand solved. Life will significantly grow and prosper. Let this change work for you. Comment : Roots of a tree are Conservatives while growing and fruit bearing branches are Liberals. Both are important and both are meaningless without each other. By the way, you are a Liberal Conservative which is much better than conservative liberals.
