This story really touch me, it's remind me my pass career experiences, sadness, bad mood, work pressures which had effected my lifestyle till changes are made to a total turnaround in my new life...and it's work!!

I came across a nice blog with a author - grass. He share us and remind us some of his thought on 10 most important things in life :-
(1) Health Without health and fitness, we cannot live a good life and all other things become meaningless.
(2) Conscience (Integrity, honesty, peace loving, fairness etc.) Conscience will ensure we have the right values that govern what we do and act and the results of our action will determine whether or not our life is good.
(3) Wisdom Wisdom will ensure we set the right priority in life and lead a good and fulfilling life.
(4) Happiness Happiness is what we all want. Happy life is good life.
(5) Family (Love, care, share, respect, appreciate, compassion, responsible) Without love of family, life will be a lonely journey and incomplete.
(6) Social/friend (Love, care, share, respect, appreciate, compassion, responsible) Without friendship and social life, life will be still lacking of something and bored.
(7) Achievement/Satisfaction (Discipline, perseverance, attitude, contribution, knowledge etc.) This will give us sense of satisfaction and hence happiness such as winning a competition and receive award/recognition in the field of interest.
(8) Knowledge Knowledge is required for us to surpass our own achievement, time and again
(9) Enjoyment / Excitement (eat, play, hobby, leisure, recreation, intimate moment with loved one etc.) Add the little joy and pleasure in life.
(10) Material possession & pleasure (money, big house, luxury lifestyle etc.) This is the last in my list but it is still important as the topping of a good life.

Money is the least important of the ten most important things in life. But yet with adequate money, it can enhance our health (ensure proper health care, health supplements, suitable medical treatment etc.); it can ensure our family's needs are taken care of; it can finance our social activities; it can ensure certain degree of happiness; it can help us in acquiring of knowledge through education, attending talks etc.; it can provide for leisure, recreation time etc.; it can buy us material possession and pleasure. In summary, money helps in seven of the ten most important things in life.

I picked up some good articles about bad days which may happens to everyone of us at least once in a life time :-
Bad days happen to the best of us. Days where you just wake up in a really bad mood. Where something (or nothing) has made you angry, sad, frustrated, disappointed, whatever. Days where you know up front that “MAN, this is going to suck”.
You still have to get up and go to work, but before you even get there, you’re already seething inside. You try to do your job but somehow all the angry, dissatisfied clients have conspired to call you and complain on the same day – though you have no idea how they coordinated that little feat.
Everything your co-workers say to you sounds incredibly stupid. Everyone seems out to annoy you. The next person to open his mouth is likely to get his head ripped clean off.
Not much fun, huh? Luckily, you can do something about it. Here are six ways to turn around a bad day.
1: Accept your bad mood Being in a bad mood is not that hard. Being in a bad mood while trying to force yourself to cheer up really sucks.
Fighting a bad mood only prolongs it, so if you’re mad, be mad. If you’re sad, be sad. This does not give you license to be rude and unpleasant to innocent bystanders, it just means that you need to recognize and accept your bad mood to be able to do something about.
2: Tell others With the result that people have fewer bad days and recover faster from the ones they do have.
You can try to keep you bad mood a secret and put on your happy mask. Guess what, you’re fooling nobody. Your co-workers will notice and they will wonder what they’ve done to piss you off.
The best thing to do, is to tell the peope you work closely with. Simply tell them “listen guys, I’m in a really sour mood to today. I’m not sure why, but it’s nothing you have done. If I bite your head off, I apologize in advance”.
3: Look inside first In the extremely influential book Emotional Intelligence, Daniel Goleman argues that EQ, your emotional quotient, is what makes you successful, not IQ. This means that the truly successful people are not the smart ones but the ones with the best emotional skills.
Goleman defines five emotional competencies that make up EQ, two of which are:
1.The ability to identify and name one’s emotional states and to understand the link between emotions, thought and action. 2.The capacity to manage one’s emotional states — to control emotions or to shift undesirable emotional states to more adequate ones. In other words, EQ relies on your ability to recognize and deal with your own emotions.
When you’re in a bad mood, it’s extremly tempting to look around you for sources of that mood. “Man I’m annoyed today. Must be Paul talking loudly on the phone. Or Lisa being late with the specs once again. Or…”
We tend to think that a bad mood is always caused by something or someone else. And when we’re in a bad mood, everything suddenly becomes annoying, making it even easier to find justifications for the bad mood.
But not every bad mood has a reason. Maybe you just slept badly. Or you’re coming down with the flu. Or you’re just having a bad day.
Instead, you must look inside yourself first, to see what might or might not be the cause of your negative emotional state. Here’s one way to do it.
4: Remember the good stuff When you’re in a foul mood, everything is bad. But the good things you appreciated yesterday, where you weren’t as annoyed, are probably still there – you’re just not seeing them.
Spend a few moments to try think of at least one or two things that aren’t all bad. Something you look forward to. A person you like at work. Something nice that happened recently.
5: This too shall pass You’ve been in a bad mood before. It passed. So will this one. It’s no big deal.
6: Take some quiet time And if you’re having a really bad day, it may be a good idea to withdraw a little if you can. Take a walk in your lunch break. Sit and work somewhere quiet. Take a loooooong bathroom break. Consider going home early or taking the day off .
The tips in this post work for the occasional bad day. If you find yourself having one bad day after another, you need to do something more. Your job may be bringing you down, and you may be in danger of contracting stress. You may even be having a depression. If you think this may be happening, do something and talk to someone.

Usually, when you ask a person "what do you value most?" It is not uncommon for him to answer immediately the word "money". But money is not something which everyone has, and I think money, which is not the most valuable thing, is an evil : Is it the root of all evils?. Some people loathe being poor especially the poor, for without money they are so unhappy. There are people who, like myself, think that "time" is more valuable than money. It is shared among all, whether rich or poor, good or bad, we all have equal amount of "time," and nobody can say that he does not have time.
What is time? There has never been a definition for it. It is just one of those things which we accept as we grow older. Our parents never tried to explain it to us. That would prove more than a herculean task for time is something abstract. Despite this, from our very early childhood days, the value of time has been constantly drummed into our minds by our parents, teachers and various other people with our interest at heart.
We have only a short period of life in which to achieve our hopes, aims and aspirations. Therefore we must make use of every second of it wisely. Often in newspapers and magazines, one reads of people who have achieved success despite great odds. These articles articles never fail to mention that these famous men are what they are because they worked very hard in the early years of their lives, making the most of every minute of their time.
"Time and tide wait for no man" is very true. One cannot stop time or recover time or even buy it at any price. Men may come, and men may go but time goes on forever. Time, once passed, is lost forever. Science with all its progress, has not been able to do anything about it. Diseases have been conquered, satellites and rockets have been launched, but nothing has been done about time. No one has been able to travel back through time.
Shakespeare remarks, "Time tests all things. Some he delights and others fear him; he brings gladness to the good, and fear of consequences to those that have done evil; he makes mistaken ideas to grow and flourish is some cases, and in others he clears up errors." Hence, the simplest definition is that time is a creator and destroyer. To sum up, Time is abstract and at the same time omnipotent. He has been in existence even before creation. Time has no age, no limit. In other words "Time" is eternal.
And soon we shall be making a SHIFT with TIME..........

9 years ago an internet ppl invite me to watch this Korean MTV......At the opening stage, I thought it's only a normal romance story but when the story progress on, it really drag you into a uneasy feelings - SAD AND CONFUSE ENDING.
